lonewaffle Posts: 4	Posted - Wed Jun 20, 2001 4:04 am  Hello, I've downloaded the 1.0-1.1 update of CoolEdit 2000 and ran it. It did not detect my previous version so I followed the instructions and ran it anyway. I then re-registered it but it won't leave demo mode. Any sugguestions? Thanks. -LoneWaffle

Did you have Cool Edit installed into the default directory originally? Perhaps this was your problem. Either way, if you registration key did not unlock the software, it is possible that you may need another one. I would recommend emailing and request another registration key file. Please include your name and address and approximate date of purchase (for quicker processing) and they should be able to send one out to you quite quickly. ---Syntrillium Support _________________
