The website www.usb.org, gives information about USB maximum distance from device to computer, using a system of a series of hubs and cables, which can be taken to about 30M, or approx 100 ft.
I might need to go about this far on occasion.
Has anyone had experience covering this distance with *any* USB device, and more specifically, Red Rover, that might lend some info on how it worked/didn't work, and problems? There are hubs for $15 and many others much more expensive -- will I suffer/gain inversely proportionate to hub price?
Yes, I did get RR for the $49 price, anticipating it will serve its purpose for me every once in a while.
