I stumbled on one of RCE's posts yesterday, and spent a good hour reading through his posts here. I've rarely laughed that much - man, that guy has humour!! "drums keep coming out of my microphone, and this song doesn't even need drums...  "
My best advice on this; if you're annoyed by him, don't reply - nobody forces you to anyway. Therefore, I voted for the "nobody" option. Treat him as the jester of the board, cause that's obviously the part he does, and IMO he does it well.

We got plenty Opolusas cats in the creeks, bayou's and pond around here. The hardest thing to find is..... a good stout! (which is why I make my own)
