How come when I play the loop in multitrack view (not in edit view or the browser to open files), the loop is played much slower than it did when it was auto-played in the browser. I just got this program and I'm new to everything having to do with it. Any help will be well appreciated.

First, check references to 'tempo' in the product help file - there's loads there to assist you.

Pay attention what is the tempo of that session.
CEP loops always play at the current session's tempo when inserted into the multitrack. Adjust a session's tempo to desired value and insert your loop into the multitrack again.
