I put that term in the "knowledge Base" and got no returns.

I have CE2K. Am I already recording in 192kbps, or is there a way to get to that level?

You are recording in wave format - you need to specify mp3 when you save your recording, and use the 'options' button that appears when you save to specify the parameters you require.
