 moving audio in multitrack view

how can I move the audio blocks in the multitrack view? whenever I try to grab something, it selects all the channels. The "lock" button is off, too, so I don't know what I'm missing...

Have the GROUP button off. Right click on the block you want to move and drag it where you want to go.
