Are there ever any classes where the Cool Edit guys come to Guitar Center or another music store and give a little promotional class with tips on how to use it, etc.? I know it's done for lots of other music programs. Is there any schedule for the future ? I'm in the SF Bay Area, Berkeley to be exact. By the way, is there anyone on this forum from my area ? I'm trying to learn more. Thanks,
Jon

I've never seen any promo on this at all.... I have a few (3 or 4) friends that are CEP'rs and I have contemplated doing a "open" clinic kinda thing to all share ideas. I wish that Synt would do that and be sure to make the rounds in Houston!!!

Nearest thing to classes I know of are
- tutorials on this site
- hints and tips forum on this site
- knowledge base on this site
- book by Richard (forget the rest of the name) advertised on this site
- www.timelinecentre.com tutorials
- help files and downloadable manuals
- and of course searching the other forums here.
(Anyone else got more help sources?)
Which is not to say that classes wouldn't also help if available.

Hmmm...are we saying that the CEP product has created a classless society?
Socialism has triumphed!
