Hi all,
As a new user of CE2K I want to get the most out of it. I looked through FAQ's and previous postings and see several comments such as "read the manual". It is my understanding that there is no manual for Cool Edit 2000. Hopefully someone can assist me as to where to look. I have attempted to download the manual for CE2k Pro as I think that there will be many obvious similarities and something is better than nothing. However, I keep getting "This page cannot be displayed" messages and suggestions that the server might be down etc. This happens regardless of whether I select PDF or ZIP format. Can anyone assist re location of a manual?

I'm new to CE2K also. I was very happy with the introduction I got from the tutorials. (Go to Help/Tutorials.)

And don't be scared about references you see to "read the manual." I've asked plenty of dumb questions and still have yet to be chewed out. I think you'll find people pretty helpful.

If you are trying to download it from your workplace, you could have problem as I did. The firewall prevented me to download it.

Try it from home. I know, not funny if you have a normal internet connection but it worth it.
