Could someone tell me what the differences are between Cooledit pro 1.2, Cooledit pro SE, and Cooledit pro LE?

The reason i ask, is before i go ahead and buy the mp3 plugin for CEP, i want to make sure i have the right version of CEP otherwise the mp3 plugin won't work according to a popup box on my screen.
here are the CEP characteristics

if this is the right version for the mp3 1.1 plugin to work, that'd be great if someone could let me know.

The MP3 plugin will only work in Cool Edit Pro Full version. It will not work in SE or LE version.

To whom it may concern: MP3 plugin setup won't install on a pirated version of Cool Edit Pro.
