All the Bootsy plugs are fantastic!  I love his stuff.  He runs a blog where you can download his effects here: http://varietyofsound.wordpress.com/downloads/

Some cool equalizers from DDMF: http://www.ddmf.eu/

In his blog, live sound engineer Dave Rat recently posted links to a few fairly useful VST plugins--since most of you aren't live sound people, I'll assume most of you didn't see them so I'll repost here:

First, a rather useful "minimum phase" parametric EQ.  I've been experimenting with this for a few days and first impressions are very positive.  Download http://www.aixcoustic.com/index.php/Electri-Q-posihfopit/30/0/

Second, this site has several items for download.  So far, I've experimented with the "Ambience" reverb and the "Nyquist EQ".  Again, initial impressions are very positive and I'm likely to be adding them to my "regular use" tool kit.  Download:  http://magnus.smartelectronix.com/#NyquistEq

Hope these are useful to others.
