No midi here.  If I have a client using MIDI, I simply record an analog output from their box.

Sometimes the attractions of a package can relate as much to how they do things as much as what they actually do - those hard-to-pin-down points of detail.  For me, Audition just... fits.

The present version of Tracktion offers pretty basic midi editing - more or less the absolute minimum - but for someone playing around largely for their own amusement it's probably enough.  Anyone needing score editing for example should for the moment look elsewhere.
