What are some decent over heads for about $200 a pair?

I'm not sure you'll find any.  Next to a vocal mic, overheads are probable the one thing you should do right.

According to some reveiws the Studio Projects B1 at $90.00 each with proper shock mounts included, makes a good sounding overhead pair for drums.   shocked Cool
